About Voxen

What is Voxen?

Voxen is an AI voice agent that answers your business calls, books appointments, and follows up with leads. It is built for small businesses such as clinics, salons, real estate agents, restaurants, auto repair shops, and home-service businesses.

How is a voice agent different from a phone menu (IVR)?

An IVR follows a fixed menu that callers navigate with the keypad or short spoken options. A voice agent uses speech recognition and language processing to hold a more flexible conversation, so a caller can describe what they need and answer follow-up questions. A short IVR can still be faster when there are only a few predictable choices, so the right option depends on the calls your business actually receives.

Voice agent vs IVR
Why do missed calls matter for a small business?

A missed call rarely feels expensive, but most callers do not leave a voicemail. They call the next business on their list. Multiply the calls you miss by how many would have become bookings or jobs and by what each is worth, and the cost is usually larger than it feels.

Setup and getting started

How does Voxen answer calls for my business?

You tell us about your business, your hours, your services, and the calls that matter most. We train your agent on that information, then you forward your business number to Voxen. It picks up, handles routine requests, and hands off to you only when needed.

Getting started with Voxen
What information do I need to prepare?

Your business hours, services, policies, and common questions, plus the calls you want handled and the situations that should go to a person. You do not need engineers or scripts.

Prepare your business information
How long does it take to get started?

Setup starts with a 15-minute call, and most businesses are live in under a week.

Can I test my agent before it goes live?

Yes. Before rollout, your team makes realistic test calls, reviews each one against what you expect, reports anything to fix, and retests after changes.
